Spring is finally upon us and with that are immense and painful storms! A tree had fallen in the fron yard and I have finally gotten all the limbs, leaves and bark cleaned up. Now that this manual labor is over I can focus on my next big event, HAMVENTION! Hamvention takes place in Xenia, Ohio every year at the fair grounds and centers around an exhibition for all things Ham Radio related. As you might have gathered from ready my other writing, I am a flea market vendor and every year I work really hard to collect items I think the crowd may be into. I don't really sell alot of ham radio equipment I mostly focus on the Ham adjacent gear that I know people who are into the hobby are ALSO into. I really enjoy it. Before the big day in the last weekend of April I always have a small local flea market day, sort of a kickoff. It's where I try to make a little money to actually pay for my trip to Xenia. Here's to hoping I make a little!
